The PTA run a number of fundraising events during the year. We normally have a Christmas and Summer fair held at the school. In addition you can expect discos, crispy crème doughnut sales, Easter egg hunts and other fundraising events. Details on all events will be posted below.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic all our usual events in 2020 were cancelled. We planned several virtual fundraising events throughout the 2020 / 2021 school year.
This year every child in school designed their own Christmas Card. Parents were then able to order cards, gift tags, mugs, tea towels and bags with their child's design on it! It's been a hugely popular activity and a great fundraiser for the PTA.
We also held a Rainbow themed own clothes day. Children wore their own clothes (no uniform) with a colour of the rainbow! We finished off the Autumn Term with the Christmas Hamper raffle!
Due to Lockdown we weren't able to hold any events in the Spring Term.
It has also proved difficult to plan many events in the Summer Term due to ongoing restrictions. We held our first Ice Lolly sale on Friday 28th May.
We did some 'Fund Raisin' in July. Every child in school was sent home with a small pack of raisins to enjoy and then fill the box with coins. We raised a fantastic £287.23! The class to raise the most money was declared the winner! The class winners, one from KS1 and from KS2, received sweet cones as their prize. And! All classes had an ice lolly after their Sports Day!
We are had our first Break the Rules Day on Friday 16th July! See the poster below for more information.
