School Facilities – Available for hire

Did you know our school facilities are available for hire? Based in Spencers Wood (RG7 1JB) we have been a popular venue for Yoga classes, Bootcamps, Zumba and aerobics classes.

Both the school hall and sports field are available for hire at the following rates:

RATES FOR HIRING SCHOOL PREMISES:

HALL* (with access to toilets in entrance hall)

£25.00 for the first hour

£10.00 for every hour thereafter

The hall is available to hire from 18.00 - 21.00 Monday to Friday. Weekend lettings may be considered on request.

* No access to kitchen. Use of kitchen must be arranged directly with the Contract Caterers via Wokingham Borough Council.

SPORTS FIELD:

£30.00 per session* (with no access to toilets in school building)

£50.00 per session* (with access to toilets in school building)

* Session: Morning 8.30am - 12.30pm / Afternoon 1.00pm - 5.00pm

PLAYGROUNDS:

£10.00 per session - no access to the building.

We have 2 playgrounds that can be hired, the front smaller playground and also the larger main playground at the rear of the school. Both playgrounds can be accessed without entering the school building.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Sunday lettings: 33% surcharge

Hirer's Liability Insurance: £2.65 or 10.5%, whichever is the greatest*

* Hirers in possession of their own insurance cover that satisfies the specified conditions as stated on the Hire Contract will not be charged.
